Hours: I have daytime and evening office hours Mondays - Fridays.
Fees: Please contact me to discuss my current fee. I offer a limited number of sliding scale fee appointments. I accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA debit card, GooglePay or Zelle for payment. Unless other arrangements are made, payment is due at the time of service. A free 20 minute telephone consultation prior to the first in-person session is available. During our initial phone consultation, we will jointly determine a payment schedule.
Insurance: I currently accept Aetna health insurance. If your health insurance carrier allows you to choose an out-of-network provider (usually a PPO plan), I will gladly provide you with a monthly statement so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. You can check the back of your insurance card for the phone number to call for mental health benefits.
